However, the name of Gujarat Public Service Commission is non-existent in the state, there can be no two commissions for the same purpose. The secondary service is called "Sandagi Mandal". Vacancies to be filled by direct recruitment of non-secretariat cadre of class-II, filling of vacancies of non-technical and technical cadres of class-II of heads of departments / departments under the state government, self. To provide compassionate employment to the dependents of the employees, to conduct departmental examinations of all the cadres of class-3 of all the departments / heads of departments under the State Government, etc.Candidates selected by the Secondary Service Selection Board are appointed in various departments of the Government as well as in various departmental offices on the technical / non-technical posts (non-gazetted) of various class-3 non-secretariat services.

In this regard, when the demand form is sent to the Government Ghadwara Mandal, advertisements are published in the leading newspapers of the state to fill the vacancies of class-4 as suggested in the Mandal Ghwara Mandal and the candidates are to be selected for the competitive examination.When the examination rules of the cadre have been approved, the final selection of candidates is done by the Board by adopting the following examination method.Examination Method: - (Advertisement No. (for 16 to 18/2010)(A) Preliminary Written Test: - (Qualifying Test) - Total Marks - 100, Total Questions - 100, Time - 1 Hour. Eligible candidates will be allowed to appear in te preliminary written test after preliminary scrutiny of the applications received by the Board within the stipulated time-limit.

. Preliminary written test which is OMR based on educational qualification and general knowledge as per the recruitment rules of that place. (Optical Marks Reading) method.. The general written test will test general knowledge and academic qualifications. In the subject of general knowledge, general knowledge, current trends, Gujarati, English language, mathematics, science, history, geography etc., the general knowledge of the candidates on the subject will be tested.

. As the primary written test (qualifying test) is a qualifying examination, the marks obtained by the candidate in the primary written test will not be taken into consideration while preparing the selection / waiting list.. Candidates who get the minimum qualifying marks as decided by the Board in the written test will be declared eligible for the oral test.. Based on the number of applications received, the Board will decide whether to take the Preliminary Writing Test (Qualifying Test) or the Direct Oral Test (Interview).

The final selection of candidates is done by conducting competitive examination as per the rules of recruitment in that cadre. And then the names of the selected candidates are recommended to the Government.The work of the congregation and its details are briefly given below.The following functions have been assigned as per Government Resolution No .: KAPA-108-Mum-4-G.6 of the General Administration Department dated 24-7-8: -. Vacancies of Head Clerk Class-II and Senior Clerk Class-II in the civilian staff of the Police Department under the Home Department.. Translators of the Information Department under the Information and Broadcasting Department, Class-II vacancies.
