Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, KVS is an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India. Which was established to make the Indian education system effective and to bring comprehensiveness in the field of education.The biggest objective of the formation of this organization was to give education of the same level and same curriculum to the children of the employees working in the transferred posts. For this type of education, the first regiment schools were established. In 1963 the number of these schools was about 20.The structure and objectives of its organization are similar to that of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS).

In which there are 1 commissioner, 5 deputy commissioners, 2 joint commissioners and 3 other members. Under this, three committees work – Finance Committee, Construction Committee and Advisory Committee. 2) Regional level - At the regional level, higher officials, three educational officers and other employees work. These officers are responsible for the successful construction and implementation of CBSE examinations to be constituted at the regional level. 3) Local level – School Management Committee is formed by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) for the provision of local level education. In which the District Magistrate plays the main role.
