 It is learned that 1.41 lakh students have been registered from all over the state for the standard 12 science examination to be conducted by the Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education.
This year has seen a decline in the number of students in Science. Last year, 1.43 lakh students were registered for the board exams. This time too, as every year, the number of students taking two groups is found to be higher.

Preparations were started by the Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education for the Board Examination of Std. 10 and 12. The examination has been postponed by the government due to increasing cases of corona after the completion of the work including filling up the online form. It was announced that the decision for the examination will be taken on May 15. Given the way corona cases have been declining in the state since last week, a decision may be taken by the government for a board exam in June.


Meanwhile, 1.41 lakh students from across the state have registered for Std 12 Science in the board exams this time. Sources say that the number of students in B group is higher this time as every year. This time in 12 sciences, 54 thousand students are registered in group A and 87 thousand students are registered in group B. The state has seen a modest decline of 2,000 students this time compared to last year.

Last year, 1.43 lakh students from across the state were registered for the standard 12 science examination. Out of which 1.42 lakh students were present during the examination. Out of these students, 1.16 lakh regular students were registered. 1.16 lakh students also sat for the examination and 83 thousand students passed. Thus the result of regular students was 71.34 percent. Last year, the regular students were 43480 from A group, 73178 from B group and 25 from AB group.For the first time in 19 days, less than 11,100 cases have been reported, up from 11,403 on April 19. So far, a total of 4,90,412 patients have had coronary heart disease. The recovery rate in the state has also reached 78.27 per cent

Individuals have been vaccinated with a second dose. Thus a total of 1 crore 35 lakh 41 thousand 635 vaccination doses have been given. Today, 13,537 individuals between the ages of 18 and 44 have been vaccinated with the first dose.

A total of 24,886 persons over the age of 60 and 45-60 years have been vaccinated with the first dose and 91,215 persons have been vaccinated with the second dose. So far no one in the state has seen any serious side effects from the vaccine.The total number of active cases in the state is 1,39,614.Is an active patient, of whom 786 are on a ventilator and 1,38,82 are stable. 5,33,004.People have been discharged. Corona has killed 8,394 people so far. A total of 121 people have died today due to the corona.
