Sanitary Inspector Unemployed Youth Committee Sabarkantha youth on Thursday applied to DDO for immediate recruitment of MPHW & FHW Class-3 in the Health Branch of Panchayat Department.
Which was last registered on 24th November 2016 in Dist. No recruitment has been done till date after direct recruitment by the selection committee. More than 2200 MPHW and more than 3300 FHW posts are already vacant but have not been filled in the last 4.5 years. There is a severe shortage of these staff at the village level and even in the event of an epidemic, there will be gifted paramedical staff which will be beneficial in terms of health. For the last seven years, the government has been recruiting 11 months contract based primary health centers through different district panchayats through contract base and outsourcing.

In which there is nothing but exploitation of youth, inad equate pay and helplessness. Candidates are being treated unfairly while preparing for the direct recruitment examination so that the recruitment system through outsourcing can be stopped completely and permanent direct recruitment can be done on the basis of merit by taking competitive examination by Gujarat Panchayat Service Selection Board. The application was submitted to the District Development Officer.
