Last year, the Central Government had implemented the new Motor Vehicle Act, after

which the traffic rules on the roads became more strict than before. Under the Act, the penalty was fixed at a new rate, which is several times higher than before. It is being claimed by the government that after the implementation of the new rules, there is a decrease in road accidents.

At the same time, many types of questions remain in the minds of two wheeler and four wheeler drivers regarding the Motor Vehicle Act 2019.

 It is often seen that the traffic police stop any driver by handing him out and take out the key of his bike or car. Such cases keep coming to the fore in which the policemen threaten the drivers and deduct their challans without any fault of theirs. But according to the rules, the traffic police does not have the right to do so. If the traffic police do this then it is illegal.In such a situation, if the traffic police stop you by giving a signal, then stop, but if you start taking out your keys, then make a proof of this and file a complaint with the police.

Apart from this, the Motor Vehicle Act does not give the right to the traffic police to beat and abuse the driver of the vehicle.Recruitment refers to the process of identifying, attracting, interviewing, selecting, hiring and onboarding employees.
